  • 1 litre - Lemon juice
  • 250 g - Ginger
  • 500 g - fresh Mint leaves
  • 1 kg - Sugar
  • ½ litre - water
  • How to Make Ginger Lime with Mint Leaves:

    1. Boil the water with the sugar.
    2. After a boil, add 1 tbsp lemon juice.
    3. Spoon off any dirt that collects on the top.
    4. Boil till you get one thread consistency.
    5. Remove from gas and cool completely.
    6. Grind together mint leaves and ginger pieces along with the lemon juice (do not add any water while grinding) to a fine mixture.
    7. Add this mixture to the sugar syrup and mix well.
    8. Store in dry airtight sterilised bottles.
    9. To Serve:
    10. Pour approximately 4 tbsp of the ginger lime syru
