Ingredients

  • 300 ml - Milk
  • 6 to 8 pieces stem Ginger
  • 30 ml - stem Ginger juice
  • 4 small scoops vanilla ice Cream (200 g)

How to Make

  • Place the milk, stem ginger and juice into the blender.
  • Add the ice cream.
  • Blend on low speed for 15 seconds, and then on high speed for 30 seconds.
