Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup - crystallized ginger, chopped
  • 4 tbsp - Rice wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp - soy sauce
  • 2 tsp - sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp - Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp - Dijon mustard
  • 2 cup - Olive oil
  • 1/2 - Lemon
  • hot red peppers, diced

How to Make Ginger Vinaigrette

  • In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients.
  • Heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
  • Pour over greens while still hot.
