Ingredients

  • 150 ml - Milk
  • 1/4 tsp - dry Ginger powder
  • 3-4 pinches chai masala
  • 1 Cardamom pounded (or 3 pinches powder)
  • 1.5 tsp - Sugar

How to Make Gingered Milk

  • Mix all ingredients well in a heating container.
  • Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
  • Reduce the flame and simmer for 1 minute.
  • Cover and keep for 1 minute.
  • Strain and pour into cup.
  • Serve hot, on cold/wet days or nights.
  • This drink brings gives a tingling vigour in sultry climates.
