  • 1 cup - cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup - Onion thinly sliced
  • 1.5 cup - Chickpea flour
  • 1tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1tsp - chat masala
  • 1/2 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 sprig - Curry leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Water - few tbsp
  • Oil to fry
  • How to Make Gingery Cabbage Pakoras:

    1. Mix cabbage, onion, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chat masala, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and salt in a bowl and keep aside for 10-15 mins.
    2. Now mix chickpea flour to it and prepare pakoda batter of right consistency.
    3. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry small dumplings of the batter till golden brown.
    4. Remove the excess oil using kitchen towel
