Ingredients

  • Prawns - 20
  • Coarse Rice powder, as required
  • 1 tbsp - oil, for shallow frying
  • Ingredients for marinating :
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Tamarind paste
  • 2 - Garlic Cloves , made into fine paste
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • Salt, as required
  • How to Make Goan prawn fry:

    1. Marinate the prawn with the marination ingredients and refrigerate it for a minimum of 2 hours.
    2. Before frying, coat the prawns thoroughly with coarse rice powder and Deep Fried in hot oil.
    3. Squeeze lemon juice on top before serving.
