  • 1 cup - wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup - grated cabbage
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 1 - green chilli, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry

How to Make Gobhi Ki Puri

  • Take all the above ingredients, add 2 tbsp oil and knead a dough.
  • Make puris of that dough and deep fry it in hot oil.
  • Serve.
