1 - cauliflower
1 - egg
2 tbsp - chick pea flour
1/2 tsp - chilli powder
1 tbsp - garam masala
1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
salt to taste
1 - onion (medium size, chopped length wise
5 to 6 - green chillies (split in half)
2 tbsp - soya sauce
coriander leaves for garnishing
How to Make Gobi 65
Boil the cauliflower florets with a little salt for 5 mins and drain them.
Mix the egg, chick pea flour, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, garam masala and salt in a little water to make a thin paste.
Dip the florets in the paste, deep-fry until golden brown and keep aside.
Take 1 to 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, fry the chopped onion and green chillies till brown.
Add soya sauce, then fried florets, salt and fry for 5 mins.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with rice or biryani or even as a snack.
