Ingredients

  • 1 - cauliflower
  • 1 - egg
  • 2 tbsp - chick pea flour
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - garam masala
  • 1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 - onion (medium size, chopped length wise
  • 5 to 6 - green chillies (split in half)
  • 2 tbsp - soya sauce
  • oil
  • coriander leaves for garnishing

How to Make Gobi 65

  • Boil the cauliflower florets with a little salt for 5 mins and drain them.
  • Mix the egg, chick pea flour, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, garam masala and salt in a little water to make a thin paste.
  • Dip the florets in the paste, deep-fry until golden brown and keep aside.
  • Take 1 to 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, fry the chopped onion and green chillies till brown.
  • Add soya sauce, then fried florets, salt and fry for 5 mins.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with rice or biryani or even as a snack.
