  • 20 - Cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup - Channa/Chickpeas (soaked and cooked)
  • 2 - Onions (chopped finely)
  • 2 - Tomatoes (chopped finely)
  • 1 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1 tsp - Fennel seeds
  • 1 tbsp - Kasuri Methi
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • How to Make Gobi Channa Wrap-Cauliflower Chickpeas Wrap:

    1. Heat enough oil. Let the fennel seeds crackle in it.
    2. Immediately add the chopped onions and ginger garlic paste.
    3. Saute until the onions turns translucent.
    4. Add the chopped tomato pieces and cook until they turn mushy.
    5. Now add the cauliflower florets, cooked chickpeas with red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and enough salt.
    6. Saute everything in simmer until the spices gets well mixed with the vegetables.
    7. Cook everything in simmer until the oil get separates from the masala.
    8. Immediately, add kasuri methi. Toss gently until the masala gets well mixed.
    9. Cook everything in simmer for few minutes and put off the stove.
    10. For wrap:
    11. Cook the already prepared chapattis on both sides until they get well cooked.
    12. Place enough gobi channa in chapattis. Roll them as a wrap and enjoy.
