How to Make Gobi Curry and Mustard Potatoes

  • Fry chopped onion in a little oil till pink.
  • Add the ground masala and fry for 2 mins.
  • Cook the cauliflower and potatoes in the masala till done.
  • Add chopped tomatoes. Cook for 5 mins.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander.
  • Serve hot with rotis or rice.
