Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Gobi
  • 2 - Potatoes
  • 1 - Onion
  • To grind:
  • 8 - dry Red Chillies
  • 8 - Garlic pods
  • 1 - small piece of Ginger
  • A pinch of Turmeric
  • 1/2 cup - grated Coconut
  • 250 g - small Potatoes
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 1/2 tbsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - salt
  • 2 tbsp - Mustard oil
  • For garnishing:
  • 1/4 cup - chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • How to Make Gobi Curry and Mustard Potatoes:

    1. Fry chopped onion in a little oil till pink.
    2. Add the ground masala and fry for 2 mins.
    3. Cook the cauliflower and potatoes in the masala till done.
    4. Add chopped tomatoes. Cook for 5 mins.
    5. Garnish with chopped coriander.
    6. Serve hot with rotis or rice.
