Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Minced Cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup - Green peas (frozen)
  • 2 - Onions (large and chopped finely)
  • 1/2 cup - Tomato (chopped)
  • 1 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 - Green chillies (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1 tsp - Coriander powder
  • Few chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - Fennel seeds (crushed)
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • How to Make Gobi Ka Keema -Minced Cauliflower Curry:

    1. Heat enough oil in a pan. Add the crushed fennel seeds and fry until they turn brown.
    2. Add immediately the chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped green chillies and ginger garlic paste. Saute until the raw smell goes away.
    3. Add the frozen green peas and saute for few minutes.
    4. Now add the minced cauliflower, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and coriander powder.
    5. Cook everything in simmer until the masala turns thick.
    6. Finally add the chopped coriander leaves and put off the stove.
    7. Serve with rotis.
