How to Make Gobi kheema with almond milk

  • Heat oil in a pan, season with dry spices
  • Add onions and fry till translucent
  • Add ginger garlic paste
  • Add minced cauliflower and green peas, fry on high, add red chilli powder, salt and turmeric. Saute and mix well
  • Pour the almond milk, add garam masala, amchur powder and fenugreek leaves
  • Mix well, cover and cook till cauliflower is done
