  • 1 - cauliflower
  • Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  • Onion - 2
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Jeera - 1/2 tsp
  • Wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Oil for frying.

How to Make Gobi ki gujhia

  • Make a dough with the wheat flour, salt and water and make small puris with the dough.
  • Heat oil in kadai and add jeera, salt, red chilli, turmeric, cauliflower and onion. Cool it a little and grind.
  • Heat some more oil and saute the ground mixture with ginger garlic paste.
  • Once it browns, add some water and the puris.
  • Boil once and serve garnished with dhania.
