Ingredients

  • 1 whole - Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 3 to 4 tsp - all purpose flour
  • 2 to 3 tsp - cornflour
  • 2 to 3 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 3 to 4 pinches - food colour (orange)
  • 1.5 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Cilantro for garnishing
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Gobi Manchurian Deep Fry

  • Take cauliflower florets and sprinkle all purpose flour, corn flour and orange food colour in cauliflower florets.
  • Add lemon juice and ginger garlic paste.
  • Mix it well and keep in refrigerator for about 2 to 3 hours for marination.
  • Finally take oil in pan and let it heat on high flame.
  • Deep fry the florets and garnish with cilantro.
