How to Make Golden Brown Grilled Chicken Lababdaar

  • Marinate the chicken pieces with yoghurt, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt for 6 hours in a refrigerator.
  • Place the marinated chicken pieces on the grill of an oven.
  • Apply oil and ensure the pieces do not stick to each other.
  • Grill both sides golden brown at 220 degrees C for about 20 minutes.
  • Pull out, squeeze lemon on the grilled chicken and keep aside.
  • Now grill the onions, capsicum and tomatoes.
  • Serve the chicken along with the grilled veggies.
