  • 100 g - grated cabbage
  • 50 g - grated doodhi
  • 50 g - soaked channa dal
  • 2 to 3 - green chillies
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil - for cooking

How to Make Golden cabbage vadas

  • Grind the soaked channa dal.
  • Mix together the grated cabbage, doodhi, ground dal, salt, chillies and coriander leaves.
  • Mix well and form small balls.
  • Deep fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
  • Serve hot with ketchup.
