Ingredients

  • 8 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup - soft Butter
  • 1 packet - salted biscuits for crumbs
  • 1 tsp - Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp - finely minced Celery
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper
  • 1/4 tsp - chilli powder
  • How to Make Golden Egg Balls:

    1. Mash the hard boiled eggs (preferably in a blender).
    2. Beat the butter together with the mashed eggs, Worcestershire sauce, finely chopped celery, salt, pepper and chilli powder.
    3. Crush any kind of salted biscuits to make 1.5 cups crumbs.
    4. Form the egg mixture into tiny balls and roll them in the biscuit crumbs. Chill.
