Ingredients

  • 8 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup - soft butter
  • 1 packet - salted biscuits for crumbs
  • 1 tsp - Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp - finely minced celery
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper
  • 1/4 tsp - chilli powder

How to Make Golden Egg Balls

  • Mash the hard boiled eggs (preferably in a blender).
  • Beat the butter together with the mashed eggs, Worcestershire sauce, finely chopped celery, salt, pepper and chilli powder.
  • Crush any kind of salted biscuits to make 1.5 cups crumbs.
  • Form the egg mixture into tiny balls and roll them in the biscuit crumbs. Chill.
