Ingredients

  • 1 cup - grated Coconut (fresh)
  • 1 cup - gram flour (besan)
  • 2 cups- Sugar
  • 5 tbsp -ghee
  • powdered Cardamom

How to Make Golden Jubilee

  • Roast the gram flour till the raw smell goes away.
  • In a hard bottom pan, add sugar and a little water. Make a syrup of thin consistency.
  • Add the roasted flour, grated coconut and the ghee till it thickens.
  • Add the cardamom powder and remove from the gas.
  • Spread it on a greased plate and cut into cubes.
  • Allow it to cool and remove the pieces. Store in an air-tight container.
