Ingredients

  • 2 cups - boiled and drained elbow macaroni (use any size or shape)
  • 1 tsp - finely grated Garlic
  • 1 tsp - finely grated Ginger
  • 1/2 cup - besan/chick pea flour
  • 1 tsp - chat masala
  • 1/2 tsp - ajwain seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - Onion seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp - chopped green Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry

How to Make Golden Macaroni Pakoda

  • Mix all the ingredients except oil in a glass bowl.
  • Add a little water (4 or 5 tbsp) to make a thick batter.
  • Keep aside for 15 mins. Then deep fry in oil and drain.
  • Serve with sweet chilli sauce and garlic sauce
