Ingredients

  • 1 cup - maida
  • 3/4 th cup - yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
  • Turmeric powder - pinch
  • 3 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • Curry leaves, finely chopped - handful
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - sugar
  • Dry yeast - 1/2 tsp
  • Water - few tbsp
  • Oil to fry

How to Make Golibaje

  • Mix maida, cumin, turmeric, green chillies, curry leaves, salt and sugar.
  • Add yogurt and add to the flour mixture to form a thick batter.
  • Keep aside to ferment for 6 hours.
  • Heat oil in frying pan, Deep Fried small balls of dough.
  • Remove excess oil using kitchen towel. Serve
