Ingredients

  • 5 - small gooseberries
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 1/2 - tsp salt
  • 200 ml/1 cup - Curd
  • 1/4 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 - tsp oil
  • 1 tsp - chopped coriander
  • How to Make Gooseberry raita:

    1. Cut gooseberries in half and remove seeds. Grate gooseberries and grind along with green chillies. Put them in a bowl.
    2. Add a cup of curd, salt and temper with mustard seeds.
    3. Garnish with chopped coriander.
    4. Serve with sambar rice, biryani or roti.
