How to Make Gourd-Lauki and ginger Thepla

  • Grate ginger and lauki/gourd in a bowl. Wash coriander leaves and mix with lauki. Add all the masala, oil and yogurt and mix well.
  • Add wheat flour and knead it into dough. Use little water.
  • Roll out the dough into chapattis. Roast on a griddle or tava.
