  • quick cooking oats - 1/2 cup
  • flour - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • low fat margarine - 1/2 cup, melted
  • seedless black Grapes - 250 gm, lightly crushed
  • Bananas - 2, sliced
  • How to Make Grape and Banana Crunch:

    1. Combine first four ingredients with a fork.
    2. Place grapes and bananas in a baking dish.
    3. Sprinkle the oat mixture on top
    4. Bake in a mode oven (180 degrees centigrade) for about 20 minutes, till the fruit is soft and top is crisp.
    5. Serve warm.
