  • 6 - medium-sized Potatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Great Potato Chips

  • Wash the potatoes in running water for 2 minutes.
  • Slice the potatoes and wash again in a large vessel.
  • Cover the potatoe slices in water.
  • Add about 6 tsp of salt to the water.
  • Heat until the water comes to boiling point and turn off the flame.
  • Cool the potato slices in running water.
  • Fry in a deep bowl until golden brown.
