Ingredients

  • 450 g - Tomatoes
  • 100 g - feta cheese
  • 1 small green pepper
  • For Dressing:
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 12 black Olives
  • 4 spring Onions
  • 3 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • chopped fresh or dried Oregano

How to Make Greek Style Salad

  • Cut cheese into small cubes.
  • Thinly slice tomatoes.
  • Slice pepper finely, discarding seeds, core and stem end. Stone olives.
  • Discard root from onions, cut into thick slices.
  • Peel and cut cucumber into chunks.
  • Place all salad ingredients in a bowl.
  • Combine oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and oregano.
  • Pour over salad and serve at once.
