How to Make Greek Tomato Fritters

  • Finely chop tomatoes, spring onions, mint and coriander leaves.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients, except the self-rising flour, and mix well and keep aside for some time.
  • Mix the self-rising flour and water and make a thick batter.
  • Heat oil in a kadai. Dip the mixed ingredients in the batter and fry the fritters.
  • Serve hot with yogurt or chutney.
