  • Tomatoes - 2 cups
  • Spring onions - 4
  • Mint leaves - a few
  • Coriander leaves - a few
  • Garlic powder - a pinch
  • Black pepper powder - a pinch
  • Self-rising flour - 1 cups
  • Oregano - as per taste
  • Chilli flakes - as per taste
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Oil - to fry
  • Water - 1 cup
  • How to Make Greek Tomato Fritters:

    1. Finely chop tomatoes, spring onions, mint and coriander leaves.
    2. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the self-rising flour, and mix well and keep aside for some time.
    3. Mix the self-rising flour and water and make a thick batter.
    4. Heat oil in a kadai. Dip the mixed ingredients in the batter and fry the fritters.
    5. Serve hot with yogurt or chutney.
