Ingredients

  • 500 g - small Potatoes
  • 200 g - yogurt
  • 5 seeds - Garlic
  • 1 bunch - Coriander leaves
  • 2 to 3 - Green chillies
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Oil
  • How to Make Green Aloo Dum:

    1. Boil the potatoes and peel.
    2. Heat oil in a pan.
    3. Add the garlic paste and stir.
    4. Add potatoes, green chilli paste, salt and sugar to taste.
    5. Grind coriander leaves and mix yogurt, add to the potatoes.
    6. Let it cook for 10 mins.
    7. Garnish with green chillies and coriander leaves.
    8. Serve with roti, paratha or rice.
