Ingredients

  • 2 - green bananas/plantains
  • 1 - bay leaf
  • 2 tsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder

How to Make Green Banana Stir Fry

  • Peel and cut the bananas into small pieces.
  • Heat oil in a suitable pan, add bay leaf and fry for few minutes.
  • Add the banana pieces and all the other ingredients.
  • Mix well and fry on low heat turning occasionally.
  • If necessary, sprinkle some water.
  • Cover the vessel and cook until done.
