  • 1 kg - chicken, cut into medium-sized pieces
  • 1 tsp - Garlic Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - Green chilli paste/chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp - Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp - oil or Butter
  • 2 tsp - chopped Green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - chopped Garlic
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Green Chilli Chicken Fry:

    1. Marinate the chicken with salt, vinegar, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste and chilli paste/sauce, keep aside for an hour.
    2. Heat oil in a pan, saute the chopped garlic and green chillies for about 3 minutes.
    3. Add the marinated chicken and mix well.
    4. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the chicken changes colour.
    5. Add a little water and simmer, until the chicken is tender and the water dries up.
    6. Add one more spoon of oil or ghee and mix well.
    7. Serve with rice or bread.
