Ingredients

  • Chicken - 1.5 kg
  • Green chillies - 20
  • Onions - 2 | Coriander - 1 handful
  • Mint -- 1 handful
  • Cloves - 6
  • Black Jeera - pinch
  • Cardamom - 1
  • Cinnamon - 3 small pieces
  • Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Green Chilli Chicken Masala:

    1. Fry 3/4th quantity of the onions and green chillies till golden brown.
    2. Keep aside to cool.
    3. Make a paste of the onion and green chillies after adding coriander and mint leaves.
    4. Take oil in a big pan and fry cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, black jeera, onions and the paste one by one.
    5. Put the chicken and mix well. Let it cook till tender.
    6. Serve.
