Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - chicken
  • 7 to 9 - green chilli
  • 20 - curry leaves
  • 2 tsp - garlic, ginger, and green chilli, ground to a paste
  • To taste - soya sauce
  • To taste - chilli sauce
  • To taste - salt
  • 2 to 3 tsp - corn flour
  • A pinch of turmeric powder
  • To fry - oil

How to Make Green Chilli chicken

  • Coat the chicken with salt and turmeric powder.
  • Add the garlic, ginger, and green chilli paste to it.
  • Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a cooker and add uncut green chillies and curry leaves.
  • Add the marinated chicken with all the other ingredients.
  • After one whistle, add salt, soya sauce, and chilli sauce and allow it to boil for some time.
  • Add corn flour and cook till the consistency is dry.
