  • 1 kg - green chillies
  • 2 tbsp - cumin
  • 1 tsp - aamchur
  • 2 tsp - salt crystals
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 2 cup - cooking oil
  • 3 pods - garlic
  • A little - vinegar to taste
  • A little - sugar to taste
  • A little - salt to taste

How to Make Green chilli Pickle

  • Remove the stem and wash the chillies.
  • Pound cumin, amchur, turmeric and salt together and add to the chillies.
  • In a large vessel, heat oil, add the sliced garlic and fry till it turns brown.
  • Then add the green chilli mixture and fry for a while.
  • Add vinegar, sugar and salt if required.
  • Cook well. When it cools store in bottles.
