  • 1 kg - Green chillies
  • 2 tbsp - cumin
  • 1 tsp - Aamchur
  • 2 tsp - salt crystals
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 2 cup - cooking oil
  • 3 pods - Garlic
  • A little - Vinegar to taste
  • A little - Sugar to taste
  • A little - salt to taste
  • How to Make Green chilli Pickle:

    1. Remove the stem and wash the chillies.
    2. Pound cumin, amchur, turmeric and salt together and add to the chillies.
    3. In a large vessel, heat oil, add the sliced garlic and fry till it turns brown.
    4. Then add the green chilli mixture and fry for a while.
    5. Add vinegar, sugar and salt if required.
    6. Cook well. When it cools store in bottles.
