Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • salt to taste
  • oil
  • Grind to a fine paste:
  • 3 tbsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • 2 Cloves - Garlic
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 small ball - Tamarind
  • 3 Green chillies
  • 1 small Onion
  • 3 tbsp - grated Coconut
  • 1/4" piece Ginger
  • How to Make Green Chutney Omelette:

    1. Beat the eggs well together, then blend in the ground masala paste. Add salt
    2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and pour in one-quarter of the egg mixture.
    3. When set, fold in half and keep on a warm dish.
    4. Repeat this process with the next quarter of the mixture and so on, until the mixture is over.
    5. Serve immediately.
