How to Make Green Corn

  • First boil the frozen corns for about 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile grind coriander leaves, coconut milk, chillies, ginger, garlic and jeera into a nice paste. Add salt to the mix and heat up the mix.
  • Once the corns have been cooked, place the corns in the mix. Let the creamy coriander mix be absorbed by the corns.
  • Turn the corns over while they are in the pan so that they are fully immersed in the green mix.
