Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese - 2 cups
  • Cabbage leaves - 5 to 6
  • Cucumbers - 1 small sized
  • Tomatoes - 1/2 cup
  • Onions - 1/4th cup
  • Green chilli - 1
  • Lime juice - 2 tsp
  • Green peas - 1/4 cup
  • Button mushrooms - 1/4 cup
  • Grated cheese - 3 tsp
  • Coriander and mint leaves - 1/4 cup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Green Filler Salad

  • Boil the green peas until it is nearly done.
  • Grate the cottage cheese.
  • Chop cabbage leaves, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, cucumbers and chilli.
  • Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add the seasoning and lemon juice. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
  • Serve with grated cheese, chopped coriander and mint leaves.
