Ingredients

  • 250 g - fresh green gram
  • 50 g - grated Carrot
  • 50 g - shredded Cabbage
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1 - Green chilli
  • 1 cup - Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - chaat masala
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pinch - cooking soda
  • 2 tbsp - besan
  • Oil for cooking.
  • How to Make Green gram bhajiya:

    1. Grind the green gram, carrot, and cabbage to a thick paste.
    2. Add chopped onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, all the spices, salt, cooking soda and besan to the ground mixture.
    3. Make small balls and Deep Fried in oil.
