Ingredients

  • 250 g - fresh green gram
  • 50 g - grated Carrot
  • 50 g - shredded Cabbage
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1 - Green chilli
  • 1 cup - Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - chaat masala
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pinch - cooking soda
  • 2 tbsp - besan
  • Oil for cooking.

How to Make Green gram bhajiya

  • Grind the green gram, carrot, and cabbage to a thick paste.
  • Add chopped onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, all the spices, salt, cooking soda and besan to the ground mixture.
  • Make small balls and Deep Fried in oil.
