  • 1 cup - water
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tsp - green color or any other food color
  • 1/4 cup - agar agar

How to Make Green Jelly

  • Heat water in a heavy-bottomed pan.
  • Once it starts boiling, add finely chopped agar agar pieces.
  • After it dissolves, keep the flame on sim and add sugar, food colour and cardamom powder.
  • Stir continuously till the sugar dissolves.
  • Pour the mixture in an ice cube tray and refrigerate it for an hour.
  • Take the jellies out of the tray carefully with the help of a spoon.
