How to Make Green Mango Panha

  • Pressure cook green mango and remove after 4 whistles or boil green mango until it is tender.
  • Remove the pulp and add sugar and cardamoms.
  • Grind it in a mixer. Keep it refrigerated.
  • While serving, take the ground pulp in a container. Add water as per taste. Add a little salt, too.
