How to Make Green masala pomfret curry

  • Grind the green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, coconut, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and cumin to a smooth paste in a blender.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions till they are golden brown in colour.
  • Add the ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and fry for some time.
  • Now add the ground masala, salt and mix it well.
  • Keep frying it on low heat till the oil separates from the masala.
  • Add the pomfret and sufficient water to cover the fish, cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Serve it hot.
