Ingredients

  • 3 cups - green moong
  • 2 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp - onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp - coriander, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry dosas

How to Make Green Moong Dosas

  • Soak green moong overnight.
  • Grind the soaked moong to a fine smooth paste with a little water.
  • The batter should be fluffy.
  • Mix thoroughly, add salt, coriander leaves, chopped onions, chopped chillies.
  • Heat tawa/dosa griddle and spread a little oil.
  • Put one spoon of batter on the tawa and spread in a circular motion.
  • Serve hot with coconut chutney or podi chutney.
