How to Make Green Onion Leaves Curry

  • Cut the vegetables as desired.
  • Grind the mustard and the green chillies.
  • Heat the oil. Add the panch phoron and the wadiyan. Fry till this becomes brown.
  • Add the vegetables, except the green leaves. Fry till slightly brown.
  • Now add the onion leaves, haldi and salt.
  • Stir and cover the dish. Cook till done.
  • Do not add water.
  • Before removing from the stove, add the mustard paste.
  • Stir for a minute and remove.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with rice or chappatis.
