Ingredients

  • 1 cup - green peas, boiled and mashed
  • 1 tsp - Mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 50 g - potatoes, boiled
  • 1 slice - bread, fried and cut into cubes
  • 1/2 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 3 Cloves - Garlic
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1 tbsp - Cream
  • 1/2 tsp - finely cut Green chillies
  • salt to taste

How to Make Green Peas & Mint Soup

  • Blend the potatoes and green chillies.
  • Heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic.
  • Add the mashed green peas, potatoes, mint leaves, black pepper, green chillies and salt and allow it to simmer on low heat.
  • Cool the mixture and strain in a strainer.
  • Heat the soup once more and garnish with cream and fried bread cubes.
