Ingredients

  • Chicken - 1 kg
  • Capsicum - 1 no
  • pepper powder - 1 tbsp
  • Onion - 1 no
  • Green chilli - 4
  • chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Garlic cut pieces - 4
  • Coriander leaves - few sprigs
  • Mint leaves - few
  • Curry leaves
  • pinch of Turmeric powder
  • salt
  • Lime juice
  • Sunflower oil
  • How to Make green pepper chicken:

    1. Boil the chicken.
    2. Add oil to the pan put ginger garlic paste, onion and garlic flakes, fry till red.
    3. Then add green ch
    4. ly cut in to two slices.
    5. Add 3/4 boiled chicken fry in the oil for 5 mins.
    6. Add rest of the ingredients and fry them in the oil for 10 mins.
    7. Add lime for taste.
