Ingredients

  • 1 cup - red Pumpkin cut into small cubes
  • 2 tbsp - Coconut
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp - Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup - Curd
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Green pumpkin raita:

    1. Boil red pumpkin in water and salt till tender.
    2. Remove the water and allow pumpkin to cool in a bowl. Grind coconut, chillies, cumin and coriander leaves into a paste.
    3. Add this paste to the pumpkin.
    4. Add curd while serving.
    5. Serve this with rotis or rice.
