Ingredients

  • 1 cup - red pumpkin cut into small cubes
  • 2 tbsp - coconut
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 tbsp - coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup - curd
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Green pumpkin raita

  • Boil red pumpkin in water and salt till tender.
  • Remove the water and allow pumpkin to cool in a bowl. Grind coconut, chillies, cumin and coriander leaves into a paste.
  • Add this paste to the pumpkin.
  • Add curd while serving.
  • Serve this with rotis or rice.
