How to Make Green Spring Onion-Vengayathaal Fried Rice

  • Heat enough oil in a pan and add mustard and cumin seeds, cashew nuts, ginger, onions and green chillies and saute until the onions turn translucent.
  • Add salt, garam masala powder, turmeric powder and cook for a few seconds.
  • Add chopped spring onions and cook for 2-3 seconds.
  • Add Basmati rice and toss gently until everything gets mixed.
