How to Make Green Tomato Kura

  • Cut the unripe tomatoes into small pieces.
  • Heat oil in a kadai, add cumin, mustard seeds and let it splutter.
  • Add the tomatoes with enough salt and cook until tender.
  • Grind grated coconut, green chillies and ginger in a mixer.
  • Add this ground paste to the tomatoes.
  • Mix well and cook everything for a few minutes.
  • Serve hot with chapattis or idlis.
