Mix flour into milk without lumps. In a pan heat one tsp of oil , add mustard seeds after they splutter add garlic pods (if the pods are big you can cut into 2 or 3)
Then add pieces of red chillies and onion, once the onions are transparent, add chopped greens and salt. Once greens are done, add flour mixed milk and let it boil for around 3 or 4 minutes. (if you think the gravy is too thick, you can add some water or milk). Serve with Rice and Papad.
