Ingredients

  • 2 - small brinjals, peel and made into thin slices
  • 2 - eggs
  • 2 tbsp - Milk
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - Oregano powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Basil powder
  • How to Make Grilled Brinjal:

    1. Keep the brinjal slices in salted cold water for 1 hour.
    2. Beat eggs with milk.
    3. Mix salt, pepper, oregano and basil to it.
    4. Drain the brinjal slices.
    5. Dip the slices in egg mixture.
    6. Grill the slices in griller till both sides are browned.
    7. Serve hot.
