Ingredients

  • 2 - small brinjals, peel and made into thin slices
  • 2 - eggs
  • 2 tbsp - milk
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - oregano powder
  • 1/2 tsp - basil powder

How to Make Grilled Brinjal

  • Keep the brinjal slices in salted cold water for 1 hour.
  • Beat eggs with milk.
  • Mix salt, pepper, oregano and basil to it.
  • Drain the brinjal slices.
  • Dip the slices in egg mixture.
  • Grill the slices in griller till both sides are browned.
  • Serve hot.
