Ingredients

  • 6 slices bread (brown or white)
  • 3 thick slices cheese (of the size of bread)
  • 1/2 tsp- crushed red chilli
  • salt to taste
  • blob of butter

How to Make Grilled Cheese Bread Delight

  • Place 3 slices side by side.
  • Place a slice of cheese on each.
  • Sprinkle chilli and salt on each.
  • Cover with second piece of bread.
  • Cut each into quarters.
  • In small skewers, push 2 quarters, each.
  • Drizzle all with a little butter.
  • Grill over the hot coals of a barbeque or in an oven.
  • Serve hot with ketchup.
