  • 6 - bread slices
  • 1 cup - finely cut vegetables (carrot, onions, tomatoes, beans)
  • 1 cup - grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • salt

How to Make Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

  • Take a kadai and just saute the vegetables with little oil.
  • To this add the green chillies finely cut and salt to taste. Fry for 1 minute.
  • Take each slice and spread the vegetable mixture on top.
  • On top of it add the grated cheese. Spread it fully in the shape of the bread.
  • Preheat the oven on medium temperature and place this sandwich on the upper grill.
  • When the cheese melts, it is ready.
  • Eat it hot.
